West Virginia’s oldest newspaper, older than the state itself, The Intelligencer has stood guard for 159 years against predatory interests which would violate civil rights. The Intelligencer was founded on August 24, 1852. Likewise, the Wheeling News-Register, founded on Sept. 22, 1890, continues a legacy of tradition in the Wheeling, W.Va., market. The Intelligencer and Wheeling News-Register cover news, sports, community events and other items in the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia and Eastern Ohio.

Ive tried the local tv news apps but they have nothing on this one!
This app has everything one could ever want in a news app. Easy to use, nicely laid out. My new morning staple. Five stars.
This is a far superior app then any other news media in the area has to offer. The apps for the local tv news stations look like a 9 year old developed them. The Intelligencer app is very slick, easy to use, appealing to the eye and it has everything I would look for on their website! Kudos Intell! Great job.
